The Senior Technician Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material, and the execution of work orders to on-time completion.
This position is part of the Reagent Pack Value Stream located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site. In Reagent Pack Value Stream, our goal is on-time delivery of particle couplings, formulations, equipment calibration and raw material testing to support on-time delivery of immunoassays to patients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Independently execute work regarding buffer formulations and particle couplings, using good laboratory practices; assistance in other areas as needed.

Conduct testing on solutions which include pH, conductivity and density to ensure adherence to the production/process specification.

Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.

Apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform daily tasks.

Work directly and cooperatively with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure emphasis on quality.
The essential requirements of the job include:

High school degree (or equivalent degree).

5+ years of relevant experience
-
Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel and basic Windows operating system.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

A regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)

Laboratory/science related or manufacturing work experience.
