Residential Tax Credit Portfolio Manager - Experienced, Strong Leader needed

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated leader to oversee multiple properties and supervise property staff. The portfolio will consist of Tax Credit and Local Programs Developments.
Job Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Promoting good resident relations
- Leading and overseeing teams of site management staff
- Monitor & oversite of the physical appearance at properties
- Marketing & maintaining maximum occupancy
- Review monthly Financial Statements and maintain financial stability of properties
- Preparing annual budgets
- Annual Performance Reviews of staff
- Ensure various program compliance & reporting
Qualifications:
- Must have thorough knowledge, understanding and experience in Tax Credit and local programs and regulations.
- Must be highly organized in the work environment, detail oriented, accountable, and dependable.
- Must have a working knowledge of all day-to-day building operations to include supervisory skills, ability to oversee multiple properties and projects, ability to read financial statements and prepare a budget.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), Yardi & Rent Cafe a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, customer service & multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 5 years property/regional management experience
- Driving daily is required-Must have valid driver’s license, a dependable vehicle & valid vehicle insurance
Full-time position, 40 hrs per week, Mon-Fri
Salary from $80,000+ Annually/ DOQ
