A private medical practice is looking for a friendly empathetic receptionist.
We are looking for a team member with exceptional customer service skills who wants to be a part of the innovative practice.
What you do:
- Receive and follow through with phone calls, emails and other communication in a welcoming manner, going 'above and beyond' to make sure patients expectations are exceeded.
- Confirm, schedule, re-schedule appointments.
- Ensure patients complete required paperwork and lab testing before their appointments
- Solve customer service concerns, while striving to provide a WOW experience for our patients in all encounters.
- Assist with various sales and marketing activities, educate patients regarding our approach, services and programs
