SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for assisting outside sales personnel in selling HVAC
equipment. The work is accomplished in an office environment during normal business hours.
Occasional out of office work may include visits to customers' offices, job site visits, and
factory training sessions.
The Estimator shall provide estimating support for contractor sales teams. The Estimator will
review project plans, generate a material take-off, estimate equipment costs. The Estimator shall
also coordinate among the various contractor and engineering sales teams at CFM Company. This
coordination includes inquiring about technical questions and project coordination questions when
reviewing projects.

hours, vacation requests, appearance, etc.

- Create and Deliver Project Quotes: Estimating, take-off's, product selection, quotations.
- Apply computer skills: Windows, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Sales Office, BlueBeam
Revu, manufacturer software and online programs
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the
ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
POSITION TYPE/ EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus five years related work experience, or
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years related work experience.
