CNC PROGRAMMER/ DRAFTSMAN/ TOOL DESIGNER/ MANUFACTURING ENGINEER/ SET-UP TRIAL RUNS
Expert knowledge of Solidworks, MasterCam, AutoCAD necessary. 3 and 4 axis milling. 3-D solid modeling. Excel and manufacturing I scheduling software experience desirable, and valuable for this position. This position may be considered as a management position if desired..
Must be an experienced, skilled machinist and tooling designer/ builder. Manufacturing engineering capability a must. . Knowledge of Power Generation turbine or jet engine apparatus a huge plus. Experience with exotic alloys and/or stainless steel are helpful. Milling work within tolerances as small as .001 inch. Ability to process a job start to finish and advise others and management when required on best way to accomplish quality finished product.
