Job Description:
- Manage front office functions including answering multi-line phones and greeting clients.
- Handle calendar appointments, meetings, and logistics for various office functions.
- Supply acquisition and maintenance
- Administrative support for our legal departments including special projects and the potential for consistent legal support functions.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task as well as work independently.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, with a professional firm.
- Legal experience a plus, but not required.
