We currently provide in-person and virtual mental health services for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other conditions. We are seeking a bright, warm, welcoming person who will ensure that all customer service needs are adequately met by the front office. The successful candidate will be kind, caring, compassionate, intrinsically motivated, and a self-starter. They will be an integral part of the therapeutic team and work together with other team members who specialize in mental and physical health. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management and be proficient in electronic health records (EHRs). The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including patient scheduling, front desk duties, and managing medical records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Provide an unmatched customer experience for our clients by rolling out the red carpet for them.
- Manage the clinic's electronic health records (EHRs) system, utilizing tools such as eClinicalWorks and Epic.
- Oversee patient scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient appointments.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, adhering to office protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Manage the clinic's utilization management program, ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines.
- Stay current with medical terminology and healthcare management best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management or medical office administration (Preferred).
- 2+ years experience in a medical office setting (Required)
- Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare management setting.
- 2+ years experience medical billing and coding: Mental Health, Physical Therapy, Or Related Field (Required)
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) systems.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare management principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
