Summary:
Responsible for daily servicing of assigned clients, including new and renewal business processing, and maintenance of customer relations with the client. Responsible for devising solutions to meet client needs as to coverage, risk mitigation, and costs. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on negotiation of product pricing/terms and conditions, collecting and analyzing information regarding the client. Interacts with and provides support to Producers and clients in initiating renewal process and marketing responsibilities, including all steps from preparing a submission to proposing and binding coverage as needed; reviews policies before releasing to the client; handles Certificates of Insurance; services clients promptly; and performs such other duties as are required to establish, service, round-out, and maintain accounts.

Duties:*
- Manage the process of and prepare renewal submissions for marketing, including applications, necessary exhibits, narratives, loss runs, and answer underwriting questions
- Select renewal markets and rating, prepare proposals and bind coverages for small accounts, and Assist Producer and Marketing Manager in these duties for middle to large (as applicable)
- Negotiates products, pricing, terms, and conditions on behalf of the company and clients
- Collect and analyze client information
- Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner
- Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed
- Handle questions, research and resolve problems
- Participate in marketing and sales meetings
- Daily service to clients - endorsement requests, general coverage questions
- Invoice - all new and renewal business and endorsements
- Prepare finance agreements
- Prepare, maintain, and verify client billings/invoices
- Prepare binders and master certificates for renewals and new business
- Manage existing book of business
- Review and process renewals, new policies, and policy changes
- Check policies and endorsements for accuracy before delivery
- Provide training and mentoring to assistant account managers
- Issue Auto ID cards, Certificates, and Evidence of Property Insurance
