Senderra Rx is searching to expand our Pharma Services Team. Our Hub Liaision Liaison acts as a liaison between Senderra RX and multiple Drug Manufacturer Hub organizations and are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts within those organizations.

Responsibilities (essential job responsibilities are in blue ink):
§ Act as the main point of contact for multiple Drug Manufacturer Hubs.
§ Communicates with the hubs on a regular basis as required by the organization.
§ Answers all inbound calls and emails from hub organizations in a timely manner and follows company procedures to answer questions and resolve issues.
§ Responsible for communicating information on patient status, patient issues and all other important information from Senderra to the hub organizations.
§ Perform weekly/bi-weekly QA for specific programs assigned by the HUB Relations Manager.
§ Participates in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings, as needed.
§ Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
§ Ability to retain detailed processes for multiple programs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
