Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our restaurant operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our kitchen and food preparation areas.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standardized recipes
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the front of house staff to ensure timely service
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety guidelines
