The Role:
At RippleMatch, we're looking for an experienced professional to join our close-knit team of Customer Success Managers and work with our employer partners on maximizing their success with RippleMatch. What you'll do:
- Manage about 25 annual accounts, shaping client relationships with a unique touch that drives high retention rates in line with company-wide targets.
- Explore and uncover areas of opportunity within your book of accounts, collaborating with your Account Manager to drive expansions aligned with company goals.
- Own the customer experience, executing strategies that go beyond the basics and elevate each partnership within your portfolio.
- Forge deep connections with clients, from users to decision-makers.
- Drive adoption of our product suite, consistently evaluating and optimizing customer ROI, and navigating challenges to success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on refining recruitment processes, leveraging your strategic insight in the RippleMatch product and university recruitment/early career landscape.
- Swiftly identify, escalate, and navigate risks to account health, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
- Architect and execute Executive Business Reviews, strategically engage with decision-makers, and orchestrate key lifecycle moments to fortify customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams—Product Success, Account Management, Solutions, Support, and Product—as you spearhead projects that enhance customer health and reflect our startup's agility and innovation.
Who you are:
- You're a seasoned professional with over 4 years of experience, including a solid 2 years as a high-touch Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in the SaaS realm.
- Your track record speaks volumes; you excel at customer retention and driving adoption/ROI.
- Communication is one of your top strengths. Whether engaging with executives, storytelling with data, or guiding customers through a nuanced product, you do it effectively.
- You're a trust-builder, adept at establishing rapport quickly, navigating tough conversations while maintaining strong relationships, and turning customers into advocates.
- Proactivity comes second nature to you. As a strategic thinker, you spot risks/opportunities and execute strategic plans effectively.
- You multi-task and prioritize effectively with ease.
- Bonus points if you bring expertise in the HR tech space or early career recruitment!

Our physical office is conveniently located near Union Square in New York City and all employees keep Eastern hours regardless of where they are based.
