We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist/Office Associate to join our team at the Economic Development Department in the City of Miami Beach.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing phone calls
- Being the first point of contact for visitors
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
- Scheduling appointments or meetings
- Other clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual capability is a plus (ENG-ESP)
- Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant or in front desk
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday-8:30am-5:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
