cial media to drive success. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our clients' paid social media strategies.
*What You'll Do:*
* *Strategic Planning*: Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies and campaigns for global clients, aligning with client objectives, target audience insights, and campaign KPIs.
* *Client Presentation*: Present strategic plans, campaign recommendations, and performance insights to clients, providing clear and compelling explanations of proposed strategies and tactics.
* *Global Insights*: Provide strategic insights and expertise on the global marketing landscape.
* *Campaign Management*: Manage end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and performance tracking across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
* *Performance Evaluation*: Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
* *Content Optimization*: Evaluate content performance and identify opportunities for message testing.
* *Budget Management*: Manage and reconcile media budgets.
* *Process Improvement*: Recommend and implement new processes as necessary.
*Experience, Education* *& Skills*
* 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in an agency or client environment.
* Experience managing global B2B campaigns or equivalent experience preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
* Proficient understanding of digital media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Ads, Programmatic).
* Proficient with Google Analytics.
* Experience developing or engaging with media dashboards.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) using Macintosh computers
*Certifications: *
* Google Ads search certification and/or Meta Business Manager Blueprint Certified.
