RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Project Manager in Hoboken, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager, Business Leads and the project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, benefits and deliverables
- Define and create end-to-end project plans that include all technical and non-technical activities from initiation to project completion
- Work Partner with the Product Manager and/or Business Leads to define success metrics and criteria
- Drive project delivery with a focus on timeliness, budget, scope, quality, and stability
- Evaluate trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value
- Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles
- Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities and ensure compliance with company project methodology standards
- Establish mechanisms for reporting and report project status against objectives and goals, escalate unresolved issues, and continually update relevant business stakeholders
- Assess and resolve high-priority project risks to ensure projects meet success parameters and ROI targets
- Establish and manage dashboards and KPIs to drive transparency and aid decision-making
- Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with and support teams to build trust and deliver work effectively across business units
- Report weekly through online status dashboards to provide real-time data on program and project delivery status
- Manage complex projects that span multiple business teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 5-7 years of project management experience including Front-office/Sales Transformational, with technology-enabled projects
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles
- Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management tools
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of data governance principles and practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security strongly preferred
- Familiarity of data standards and regulatory requirements preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
