POSITION TITLE: Packaging & Fulfillment Supervisor
Position Summary:
The working supervisor can expect to help the team fill large sales orders requested by customers, ensuring orders are filled accurately and efficiently all while continually striving for improved customer satisfaction. Supervising that all proper packing procedures for outbound shipments are followed on a continual basis. This position requires an attention to detail at a high level.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Additional duties assigned as needed:
1. Retrieves raw goods from stockroom for packaging and supervises the fulfillment of orders as needed/requested.
2. Accurately fills orders verifying quantity, size, and product numbers.
3. Checks each order after the order picking process is complete to ensure the product is packed appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
4. Understand and supervise the testing process of raw lighting products to help get them into finished goods for sale.
5. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
6. Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.
7. Must be able to work overtime (nights & weekends) when necessary and participate in physical inventory counts.

9. Performs related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires2 to 4 years of equivalent work experience.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be willing to show up to work, on time, on a daily basis all while being a professional and leading by example.
2. Ability to read and understand the English language for the purpose of reading shipping and receiving documents and product labels.
3. Must possess basic mathematical skills and the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
4. Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
5. Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
6. Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out instructions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
