As Carter’s continues to drive momentum in our digital channels, we are looking for a collaborative, customer-centric Site Merchandising Specialist to join our growing eCommerce organization. The eCommerce Site Merchandising Specialist will help define and execute a best-in-class experience to help busy parents easily find what they need so they can confidently dress their kids. The ideal candidate is innovative, takes initiative, and is customer focused. This person should have experience creatively solving problems using technical tools and processes to support business objectives. They will be a crucial cross-functional partner to multiple teams including merchandising, marketing, product, UX, and creative, working together to develop and implement site strategies.
This role typically reports into an eCommerce Site Merchandising Sr. Director and is based in our Atlanta, GA Corporate office.

Manage day-to-day maintenance of App experience, linking, slotting, and specialized content experiences.

Develop content strategies to support product strategies, customer needs, and business goals

Maintain and build out a content calendar and request timely content refreshes from the creative and UX team.

Review the experience with a customer-first mindset, proactively make site updates and optimizations as needed.

As the app channel owner, partner with other channel owners (email, paid marketing, etc.) to maintain a cohesive and consistent end to end customer experience to drive traffic and conversion.

Advocate for the content strategy and hold partners accountable to execution of that strategy.

Partner with UX, UI, and Creative to help build and execute app updates and maintenance

Analyze metrics and qualitative data leading to measurable improvements of navigation, search, product merchandising, product selling, and personalization that drives customer engagement and conversion across all platforms.

Hold stakeholders and 3rd party vendors accountable to deadlines and give feedback ensuring deliverables align with strategy/project goals.
