Overview:
Valencia based contractor is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- File and organize documents, both physical and computerized
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
Skills:
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in front desk reception is preferred
- Excellent file management skills, both physical and computerized
- Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
