Sales Director – Volteo Digital (North America)

We´re looking for a Sales Leader in the US, ideally based in California, Boston, or Chicago, who knows the ServiceNow ecosystem and how to navigate it, who has experience selling professional services, and who has done it with a track record of success over the last few years. This individual is a sales rock star. A seller who is willing to bet on themselves, take advantage of strong GTM alignment, improves organizational culture, and thrives on over-performance
We´re offering a strong OTE (variable & base alike), to be realized in an environment that fosters success through an expert-led approach, vertical expertise, nearshore capabilities, and a very high CSAT reputation.
This is a remote position, and candidates must reside in the U.S. and be able to travel quarterly to Chicago, Boston, and California. All applicants must be U.S. citizens.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a strategy to drive new business acquisition within the assigned North American region.
● Identify and qualify leads, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend strategic ServiceNow solutions.
● Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers at prospect organizations.
● Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, ensuring all documentation and processes are followed meticulously.
● Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical resources and account managers, to secure successful deal closure.
● Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
● Take on a $5M PS quota and deliver on it.
● Availability to travel to Chicago, Boston, and CA on a quarterly basis.
Required experience and skills:
● Minimum 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience selling professional services within a technology ecosystem, with a strong preference for ServiceNow experience.
● Proven track record of successfully selling at least or exceeding $3M+ in professional services per year exceeding sales targets.
● Experience working in a technology channel environment, generating leads, and co-selling through closure with channel partners is a major plus.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and execute deal strategy and opportunity management through the entire sales cycle.
● Intrinsically motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
