This is the role and main tasks
As a Data Support Analyst, you will work to catalog, prioritize, and complete work as requested by the business and our Revenue Operations team. Your day to day will include working cross-functionally to document requirements, perform maintenance tasks within Salesforce, assist with data quality updates.
As part of the team, you will:

Review requests coming from the business and assist with obtaining detailed business requirements so that the foundations team can devise the technical solutions required.

Understand system landscape, process and data requirements to come up with best compromise solutions between teams.

Analyze requests against strategic initiatives to assist with prioritization and execution.
-
Assist with reporting and dashboard requirements and generation within Salesforce and or Clari.

Assist with regular maintenance activities such as archiving, annual data changes, data/user maintenance and other configurations as needed.

Assist with documentation needs as they arise.

Validate requirements with Security team to ensure all standards are met.

Who we are looking for
To ensure that we can establish and maintain the right processes, tools and reports, we are seeking a candidate with highly developed Business Analyst capabilities as well as Salesforce experience. The ideal candidate can effectively work with our business partners to define and document their requirements and with our Salesforce team to assist in design and configuration of Salesforce capabilities that will properly support our cross-functional selling teams. This position is ideally based in Atlanta, GA but other locations will be considered if working EST.
Moreover, the following are required:

Business Analyst Mindset (Must have good understanding of business analysis activities; identifying and documenting requirements, and how to determine priority. Must also be able to align activities properly with in place business processes)

Excellent Communicator (Able to clearly articulate problems, next steps, engage the correct people in discussions, defer when required, create clear and precise documentation)
