POSITION SCOPE
As our Operations Administrative Assistant, you'll be the glue that holds our operations together. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of our office, always ready to jump in to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, on site
Occasional Nights, Weekends, or Holidays: Be prepared for the excitement of the aviation industry, which sometimes requires flexibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inputting data
-
Filing receipts
-
Reconciling flight finances
-
Maintaining filing systems
-
Paying invoices
-
Maintaining office supplies
-
Running errands
-
Tracking aircraft cleaning schedules (and lending a hand when needed)
-
Flight following
-
Assisting with trip logistics
-
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
-
Attention to Detail: Your superpower is spotting the smallest of details.

Organized: Your middle name is “Organized.”

Great Communication Skills: You’re a pro at conveying information.

Self Starter: You are task driven and can work independently

Aviation Experience: Aviation experience is welcomed, but not required!

Must pass the FAA and Homeland Security background checks as well as complete a pre-employment drug screen
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be physically capable of safely working with and around various types of equipment
- Must be physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs overhead.

Must be physically capable of sitting or standing for long periods.
