JOB DESCRIPTION:
As our UGC Video Ads Creative Director (bringing strong skills in UGC Script Writing), you will be at the forefront of shaping creative concepts and ideas that captivate audiences on social media platforms such as: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and more and be able to create concepts which suits the needs of the different platforms. But also our clients' visions, what works for specific verticals, utilizing the most popular trends at that time, how to best use our creators and video editors strengths, and managing creative projects from start to finish in a timely manner.
By directing creative execution of our social ads, you will collaborate closely with our clients, internal creators and video editing teams to develop content that not only resonates with target demographics but also drives brand engagement and conversions.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of TikTok trends, user behaviour, and a knack for crafting visually compelling narratives based on their own creative research and clients specific needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts for UGC video ads on TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience.
- Oversee the entire creative production process, from brainstorming to execution.
- Direct and work with video editors, graphic designers, content creators, and creator hiring managers to bring concepts to life.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.
- Ensure that all video ads align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance data and iterate on creative strategies for optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in creating content for TikTok and other platforms and have a strong understanding of the platform's nuances.
- Demonstrated experience working with brands to create content specifically for social media ads.
- Exceptional creative thinking and script writing skills to execute engaging concepts for paid ads.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 CDN per hour
Expected hours: 20 hrs a week - Monday-Friday 9:30am EST-1:30pm EST (with the possibility to become full-time)
