Position Summary
As an Aesthetic Roofing Customer Success Representative starting at $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience, you will be assigned to high-value accounts at various stages in the customer journey and will be responsible for maintaining proactive job status communication, facilitating increases in customer revenue, and assisting final invoice collections within those accounts. Your success will be determined by the relationships you create with external customers, as well as the collaborative value you bring to the internal Aesthetic team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain open and proactive lines of communication within assigned customer accounts, providing critical job status updates and assisting customers with needs that may arise.
- Forecast potential bottlenecks that may arise in the customer journey.
- Facilitate customer reviews and testimonials.
- Assist Accounting team in collection of final invoice payments, where necessary.
- Develop positive working relationships with customers and mitigate negative experiences that result in missed or inaccurate communication.
- Function as a liaison between Aesthetic Roofing operations teams, customers, and suppliers when critical communications are received.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to South Jordan, Utah.
- Must be able to work in-office from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
- Must be comfortable and capable of using cloud-based technology systems such as G-Suite, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Quickbooks experience is a plus.
- Must be comfortable and capable of both written and verbal communication.
- Experience in B2C customer service is strongly encouraged but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
