Job Description:
The Inside Sales/Customer Service Flex will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers. They will be an integral part of the customer experience to ensure every concern is addressed and the best solution is implemented. They will be required to work closely with the Sales Manager, Product Manager and Transportation Manager to ensure that the customer experience is seamless and smooth. As a voice of the company, you must possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills as well as result driven.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can adapt when issues arise.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
· Build & maintain strong relationships with customers by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and communicating with them when needed.
· Take ownership of the customer’s issue while keeping the company’s priority in mind.
· Research and resolve customer issues or concerns using our professional solutions.
· Document and update in-house records while maintaining accuracy and credibility.
· Communicate with customers by providing information about our products and services.
· Build relationships of trust with customers by maintaining positive contact through regular communication; understanding their needs; listening to their concerns; and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives
· Identify problems and issues using our internal data base system to work through and find the solution.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
· Other duties will be assigned as time progresses and are not limited
Skills & Qualifications not limited to:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal for interaction with customers as well as all interactions with other teams within the organization.
- Aptitude with computers/email - Microsoft Office
- Create and update records to maintain accuracy and profitability
- Strong phone presence required.
- Proficiency with math is a must.
- Solid time management skills to ensure deadlines are met throughout the workday.
- Robust problem-solving skills along with strong critical thinking skills to resolve issues.
- Capability to work in a team environment where ideas are encouraged but individual responsibility is expected.
- Willingness to learn new things, ability to adapt and react, and good organizational skills are all encouraged.

Office location
Traveling in and around the area. Weekly visits to the office and customers but not limited to that.
