Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans in line with company goals and objectives
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts, terms, pricing, and agreements to ensure favourable terms and conditions
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers and addressing any issues that may arise
- Formulate buyer strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals
- Liaise with the Senior management team and provide reporting and updates throughout the sourcing process
- Support and help lead new company initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and provide procurement solutions to meet company need
- Making recommendations regarding process improvements and helping develop performance policies and procedures
· Conduct analysis to identify trends, market conditions, and potential risks and opportunities
· Implement strategies to optimize procurement process
Core Skills/Experience include:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related filed and/or experience
-Experience in hotel contract negotiation and/or taravel or hospitality contracting experience
· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favourable outcomes
· Proven experience (5+ years) working as a Product Buyer or similar role with a focus on procurement and relationship management, preferably in a Senior capacity
· Analytical mindset and the ability to analyze market trends, pricing and supplier performance
· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, pricing and specifications
· Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
· Analytical thinker - able to come up with solutions and problem solve effectively
· Ability to travel as required
· Hotel buyer experience an asset

Reporting to the CEO, you will work with the Senior Leadership Team while managing Product Buying strategies for Global Solutions Team. Your goal will be successful procurement of vendor products, while effectively managing relationships and contract negotiations.
