Compliance Associate Manager- Job Description
Compliance Associate provides a high degree of administrative support and service to Staffing and HR managers. Further, you will contribute to and coordinate activities in different projects in the administrative area, and act as an expert for the administrative support systems whenever needed.
Individuals in this position work in a team environment while being held accountable for meeting goals and deadlines. Compliance Associate must be results-oriented with a high sense of urgency and the ability to work with a variety of personalities. Compensation: Competitive base salary
Responsibilities:
· Respond to or direct communications promptly. (email, phone, etc.)
· Maintain and update contact lists, Paycom, and TSS systems.
· Responsible for timely submission of payroll spreadsheets.
· Manage all aspects of the candidate onboarding process and compliance including initiation, candidate follow-up, and tracking of documents.
· Verify completion of Online Application, scanning in Form I-9 Acceptable Documents, and ensuring the completion of any other required paperwork.
· Verify and complete Form I-9s, when applicable.
· Maintain all confidential information for candidates, including Form I-9 documentation.
· Assist with database clean-up projects to ensure all contact, candidate, and company profiles are current.
· Ability to work under pressure, manage assignments with competing priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to change, and manage to deal with ambiguity.
· Strong reputation for integrity, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and exercising judgment to raise issues in a timely and constructive manner.
· Demonstrated ability to be a team player and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including strengths in influencing, conflict management, and negotiation.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
· Extensive experience using MS Outlook for calendar management.
· Proficiency in word processing, excel, and presentation software.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
· A positive, solutions-orientated approach to challenges.
Key Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of Compliance experience
· Bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration.
· MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe, and conference equipment proficiency
· Experience with TSS and Paycom software is highly preferred.
· Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
· US work authorization (Required)

Schedule:
· Day shift
· Monday to Friday (O/T may be required)
· Once 90 days have been completed, you will have 2 remote day per week.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
