Candle Warmers Etc. is looking for our next Customer Service Order Processing Coordinator. This position will enter review, process and approve orders to be filled and shipped and work with our Regional Sales Managers and Account Reps.
Our customers include Walmart, TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, At Home and more! This is a fun, laid back place to work!
The shift is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay is $17.50 to $18.00 an hour.
Location: 6050 W 700 S Salt Lake City. (Off I-80 and 5600 West)
Responsibilities
- Receive, enter, review orders by verifying item, quantity, pricing, customer info, and shipping dates. Pre-authorize credit card.
- Review order dashboard for assigned orders, review and approve timely for assigned Sales reps and managers.
- Process orders (enter, print and approve) from assigned EDI and Wholesale customers.
- Assist with special projects.
- Work closely with sales team and and partners to establish a strong working relationship. Monitor open orders daily to satisfy the partner's needs.
- Approve & process customers POs as needed.
- Manually enter orders as needed.
- Answer inbound customer phone calls as needed for overflow calls.
- Issue customer credits and RMA’s (Returns) for shipping or damaged product issues.
- Problem solve customer complaints and order issues.
- Work closely with all departments to resolve approve orders in timely manner (Sales, Inventory Management, Accounting & Shipping).
- Act as point of contact for given projects.
- Contact customers to resolve credit card issues and any other operations issues as required.
- Submit invoices via customer portals where needed.
- Assist with any other tasks or projects assigned by Operations Manger and or EDI Manager
Skills/Qualifications
- Order processing is a detailed task and it is critical that steps for order entry be followed carefully to ensure accuracy of important details. Attention to detail is essential.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team setting and with cross functional departments
- Must be able to prioritize and have sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and organizational skills.
- Self-Motivated, driven and positive attitude is a must!
- Proficient computer skills.
- Professional demeanor, and phone etiquette skills.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Work well in a group and with multiple departments.
- Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Must be reliable/dependable.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- 1-2 years customer service/ order entry experience preferred.
- Able to learn and navigate new computer systems effectively.
- NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
