Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with financial tasks related to property management bookkeeping, including but not limited to:
- Processing owners’ payments accurately
- Sending monthly statements to owners
- Rent deposits.
- Managing vendor payments weekly
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Performing office management duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must live within 20-30 minutes of office location.
- Possess a positive attitude and enjoy working with clients and a team.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
