Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Talent Coordinator for a leading financial institution.
You’ll join the Sports and Entertainment team to manage the vetting process of all Talent. This is a 12-month opportunity. The role is located in Chicago, IL, and is hybrid (3 days a week on-site).
Talent Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Independently responsible for the thorough vetting of all Talent used by the firm (~20 names per week)
- Running weekly meetings presenting the results of all findings from the vetting process to leadership
- Create weekly agendas for team meetings, provide meeting results, and monitor follow up process diligently with key stakeholders
- Work with key internal business groups such as Brand, Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Social teams
- Management of Sharepoint inclusive intake forms/processes in compliance with Controls guidelines
Talent Coordinator Requirements:
- 3-6 years in Marketing, or Operations related functions
- Proficiency in Excel, Sharepoint are a plus
- Organizational skills to manage hundreds of files, and track to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present weekly to audiences of all levels
- Detail oriented note taking to provide comprehensive results of meetings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly
- Social Media accounts and knowledge of the platform (Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik Tok)
- Equal parts able to work independently and as part of a team
