TPC Staffing has a unique opportunity for an Associate Recruiter. We are a professional staffing firm specializing in the IT, Audiovisual, and Low Voltage sectors.
TPC Recruiters are on the first line of vetting to ensure we are presenting and sending our clients the most qualified candidates. Our Recruiter Training Program provides you with the training you need to succeed and excel in this industry.
This position is a Sales-style recruiting and will consist of High outbound "cold calls" roughly 100 calls per day.
Daily Duties:
· Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
· Search for and Identify qualified applicants using various databases, job boards, referrals, and outside-the-box-thinking
· Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
· Screening,Sourcing, and On-boarding qualified candidates; including collecting paperwork, preparing candidates, and managing expectations
· Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules and preparing candidates
· DailyManagement of contractors nationwide via, email, phone, calls, and text messages, to ensure client satisfaction
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
· Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
