The Position:
An Account Manager is responsible for Market Development, Recruitment and Client Base. This person will report directly to the Director of Operations and will develop, scale, and structure the office/market for success and future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Grow overall Recruiting Operations within the market.
- Construct and implement overall recruiting plan for the market.
- Create and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Onboard new employees to become fully incorporated with the recruiting best practices.
Qualifications/Background Needed:
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience. Full cycle recruiting experience includes Sourcing, Recruiting, Account Management, and Business Development.
- Prior experience managing small-to-mid-sized teams is preferred.
- Exceptional cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Expert in developing new business and account management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
