Are you ready to be part of something new and dynamic? We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct e-commerce and wholesale operations at our newest warehouse.
This position will be integral to the start-up of our newest location, 2022 The Oaks Parkway Belmont, NC 28012. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of various products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Job Overview:
The operations manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of warehouse activities, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and shipping. The Operations Manager has a hands-on role in providing the appropriate instruction and direction to ensure employees have a clear path to operational success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, inventory management, product bin replenishment, on-time shipping and receiving, quality compliance, and ensuring the safety and security of the warehouse. The operations manager will also provide management and direction to warehouse associates with a positive, problem-solving attitude, be innovative and results-oriented, and lead by example.
Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies and regulatory compliance in all work environment areas.

Promotes a positive safety culture through leadership and by example.

Executes human resource management functions of recruiting, selecting, coaching, motivating, performance reviews, and disciplining warehouse associates.

Labor planning and coordinating all daily work, monitoring and evaluating associates' performance utilizing KPIs.

Trains, motivates, and assists in the development and growth of employees through cross-training and on-the-job training.

Continuously monitor space needs, consolidating when possible.

Monitors warehouse operations systems by tracking performance, analyzing process workflow, and continuously looking for opportunities for improvement.

Inspects the proper utilization of Company assets to support the warehouse; coordinates required repairs as necessary.

Challenges associates to be more productive.
Qualifications and Skills:

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience; NetSuite or RF Smart a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.

Must be flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with effective communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience:

Warehouse Distribution Management: 5 years (Required)

E-commerce: 5 years (Preferred)

HR Policies and Regulations: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Salary Range:
- $67,000 - $75,000, based on experience
