We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse, to work in our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As the Licensed Practical Nurse, you would be responsible for:

Overseeing the medical management of assigned Residential Program & caseload

Assists the RN in development and maintenance of records and care plans

Keep the RN informed of program needs and any issues regarding the individuals

Administering and recording prescribed medications following established protocols

Providing direct support to the individuals as needed
Licensed Practical Nurse Minimum Salary: $22.00/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse Maximum Salary: $24.88/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule: Schedule: M-F flexible schedule, NO on-call expectations, NO evenings, NO weekends, NO mandating, and ALL 17 observed holidays off
Qualifications:

Registered New York State Licensed Practical Nurse

Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation

One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required
