As a Senior Structural Analysis Engineer in the aerospace industry, you will spearhead innovations that revolutionize aviation technology. Responsibilities:
- Participate in design reviews and provide critical feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Define structural objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Conduct advanced finite element modeling and analysis.
- Review and validate finite element models and analysis results.
- Perform complex structural analysis margin calculations.
Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of aerospace engineering principles.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- High proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
- Expertise in CAD, FEA, and other simulation tools (Simcenter FEMAP and NASTRAN preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of structural static, dynamic, and/or fatigue analysis.
- Classic strength and stability analysis using industry accepted standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 5-9 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
