Summary:
Responsible for office communications, administration and operations, qualifying and setting appointments with Re-Bath system generated and self-generated leads, coordinating in-home visits by our Design Consultants and tracking progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
As a Receptionist/Admin, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team as well as ensure the smooth operation of the business through detail-oriented management of business processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a motivated self-starter, enjoys communicating with people, and has an eye for detail.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Learning business operations across the Re-Bath organization and give administrative and operational support to organization members.
Make a connection with our customers, usually over the phone but also at events.
· Follow Re-Bath procedures in documenting and qualifying the lead, convert qualified leads into design presentations.
· Calling old and new inquiries to set appointments for in-home consultations.
· Coordination and appointment scheduling, changes and cancellations.
· Availability as needed to ensure the smooth operation of Re-Bath franchise including show room coverage, sales and marketing support, and customer service.
· Participate in relevant training both in person and online.
· Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
· Maintain compliance with all company policy and procedures.
· Attend local trade shows, home events, and additional lead generating opportunities as requested.
Qualifications:
· Be 21 years of age
· Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong work ethic
· High school diploma required
· Previous experience in inside sales or appointment setting is preferred
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to effectively market and sell products or services
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Proficient in using software applications for data entry and customer relationship management
