Technical Customer Service Representative Bilingual
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, learning company products and a customer-centric approach.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Ability to read blueprint & specs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Education:
Bachelors preferred or relevant work experience
