Job Description:
This is an entry/mid-level inside sales and product specialist position. The right candidate is self-motivated with a positive and upbeat attitude. You will develop and manage relationships with Terra's clients and prospects, be responsible for achieving individual and team sales goals, follow-up on orders, and prospect/develop sales.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client retention via responsive and proactive account management support
- Develop knowledge and thorough understanding of all products and services, and apply knowledge to provide appropriate recommendations/ solutions that meets client's business requirements.
- Establish and maintain executive level relationships in major functional areas of the customer organization. Utilize the relationships to develop strong revenue growth initiatives.
- Manage renewal sales process for existing customer base, including setting of expectations, changing needs assessments, negotiating contracts and processing of contracts via relevant internal systems.
- Follow up on all inbound client inquiries to uncover new and expanding sales opportunities.
- Maintain consistent and ongoing contact with end-users and decision makers.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Required. Science degree preferred (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology). Copy of transcripts and diploma will be requested as part of job application.
- 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.

- Basic skills with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have right-to-work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer.
Salary, Commission:
- Salary depends on experience/qualifications
- Monthly and yearly commission paid to the Sales Associates based on metrics such as hitting individual and team sales goals.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
