The IAH Station Leader will be responsible for the operation in support of company goals and objectives with the
ability to advocate for the local team. Responsible for directing and leading a team engaged in the Station’s
delivery of Airline Ground Transportation Services. Station Leader will ensure the acquisition and development
of a team of fully accountable professionals focused on Safety, Raving Fan service and exceeding client
expectations!

Typical Day at Skyhop Global:

- Lead and promote a commitment to safety that is exhibited in the execution of all policies and tasks by all
team members – enforce “Safety First”.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency, safety and sustainability while addressing any logistical
challenges that arise.
- Lead the proper acquisition and development of a team of drivers that are fully accountable professionals
focused on “Raving fan Service” who exceed client expectations and meet company standards.
- Lead Customer relations with our Airline Crew that result in the achievement of “Raving Fan” service levels
and exceeding client expectations.
- Coach, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of your team periodically to company
expectations and standards.
- Support all corporate/station initiatives required for successful operations.
- Drivers Advocate: Encourage open, transparent, and respectful communication among team members.
Ensure that everyone's voice is heard and valued.
- Manage and Organize team-building activities that promote trust and collaboration amongst team
members.
- Ensure that all routes are running on time and frequently check in with Drivers to see if assistance is needed.
- Scheduling and operational planning including an understanding of KPI's, budget planning, payroll,
overtime and talent management.
- Execute communication with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to – Dispatch,
Other station leaders, Management, etc.
- Initiate and maintain proper and effective reporting of stations’ daily operations.
- Ensure the timely scheduling of drivers when on duty in real time including additions, delays and trip
cancellations.
- Develop and maintain open lines of communications within the Station, Clients, Station Management and
Drivers, and Headquarters
- Verify the timely and accurate completion of all research and investigations required to professionally
respond to client’s inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:The Ideal Candidate: ·Minimum of 3 to 5+ years management experience, in a transportation, logistics or airline environment, preferred.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule that may require weekend and/or evening work; We are a 24/7/365 operations.
- Have a valid driver’s license and be approved by the Company’s insurance carrier; may be required to obtain special city/airport permits.
- Proven track record of safety management and contributing to maintenance of a safety culture. · Proven track record of success in leadership in building a team. A driver advocate!
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and cold.
