The dental front desk associate will ensure excellent customer service and aid in basic dental and administrative tasks. The dental receptionist should be well-organized with great attention to detail. Also, he/she should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We prefer the dental receptionist to be skilled in providing direct or indirect care and able to make office procedure as smooth as possible.
Dental Receptionist Job Brief/Responsibilities to include:
- Welcome customers and patients in the dental office
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
- Assist the dentist and other team members
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Knowledge of dental terminology and coding
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Job Start Date: shifts available
- Job Shift Available: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (8:00am-5:00pm); Tuesday & Friday (7:00 am-2:00 pm)
- Please note that shift times may vary slightly
- Salary/Compensation: $15-19/hour
