Opportunity Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing relationships and setting appointments with commercial property owners and managers throughout the Tri-State Area. Your excellent communication skills and sales acumen will be essential in demonstrating the value of our pest control services to prospective clients. Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential commercial clients
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads
- Set appointments with commercial property owners and managers
- Meet or exceed monthly KPI targets
- Understand client needs and propose tailored pest control solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Demonstrate passion and energy both externally with clients and internally with cross-functional teams
- Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well both as an individual and within a team environment
- Display intellectual curiosity that drives creative thinking, collaboration, and an out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or sales development within a B2B environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach or Salesloft, and HubSpot
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
- Strong desire to advance within a sales organization
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and will excel at researching leads, personalizing curated messaging, fostering new relationships, and working as a team to drive opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. They will also be a fast learner with strong communication skills and the ability to showcase an organization’s offerings in a compelling way.
Compensation:
- Annual on-target earnings of $96,000 ($50,000 base salary + $46,000 uncapped commission)
- This is a W2 position with full benefits

The Opportunity:

- Income potential up to $8,000 per month: talk time, transfer, and closed deal bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Make 150-250 cold calls per day to commercial property managers and building owners within the Northeast (we provide all leads)
- Set appointments after qualifying, collecting property management information, setting up inspections, and closing calls
- Attend all morning meetings and training sessions
Experience:
- Must have 2+ years of inside sales and/or call center experience
