Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have NYS LMSW license to provide psychotherapy
- Flexibility to work hours to meet productivity goals and deadlines
- Strong teamwork ethic; positive, flexible attitude; ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
- Strong desire to increase clinical skills and receive training
- Identify as organized, able to work autonomously, and have a private space to work from
- Bilingual or multilingual preferred (especially Russian & Spanish)
Responsibilities include:
- Provide Individual Therapy and/or Group therapy
- Complete clinical documentation (intake, assessment, referral if needed, individual notes, treatment plans, and discharge plan).
- Participate in a collaborative treatment team including supervision, and coordination of care with other providers
- Attend individual group supervision (coordinate with supervisor)
- Attend small pod group supervision (coordinate with supervisor)
- Attend monthly group supervision last Sunday of each month at 10 am
Job type: Part-time (20 flexible hours per week)
Work location: In office requiring at least one Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Salary: $40-$48 Fee for service
