Job Title: Technical and Craft Labor

Pay Range: $26.00 an hour
Hours: 530am-230pm M-F, OT possible
What’s the Job?
- Inspect incoming materials/products quickly and accurately for acceptance or rejection based on standards and/or specifications.
- Transact materials in Thermo Fisher Scientific's enterprise resource planning (ERP.
- Escalate quality findings/issues quickly to Supply Chain, Quality Leadership, and Manufacturing.
- Disposition nonconforming materials/products into MRB as appropriate.
- Inspects and compares kitted products for completeness and accuracy against standards and specifications - Completes appropriate paperwork including QA Inspection Reports and logs information.
What’s Needed?
- At least 4 years of experience in metrology and finished product inspection or related experience and/or training.
- High level assembly experience
- Experience with quality inspection and record keeping
- Competency with all Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint. - Experience using ERP system.
- High school diploma required - Associates degree in a related field is preferred, but not require.
