Here at Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital, we are an extremely busy 6 doctor practice and we are looking for a welcoming personality to join our team. As the face and voice of our business, our Customer Service/Veterinary Receptionists are the first and last points of contact for our existing and new customers, therefore this role serves as a vital component to our continued success!
Your Role:
- Providing an elite-level of customer service, with a high degree of energy and charisma
- Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby, exam rooms, and other public areas
- Comfortable navigating conversations surrounding our wide array of services and products
- Answering phones, providing/receiving information and directing calls as needed
- Positive work attitude and commitment to a stress-free environment for our patients and staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily duties
- Schedule appointments in our database
- Payment management, accepting cash/check/credit, and AM/PM reconciliation
Your Qualifications:
- Must be a pet fanatic – pets are part of your family!
- Ability to thrive and be resourceful in unfamiliar/unexpected circumstances
- Talent for maintaining grace-under-pressure in high-stress situations
- Experience working in the veterinary or any other pet-care service a ++
- Knowledge of, or experience with Cornerstone PIMS a +++
