Hearth Artisan Pizza is looking for a professional, experienced Pantry Line Cook and/or Pizzaiolo. Pizza and/or line cooking experience is a requirement for these positions! We offer a professional work environment, great pay, and a summer bonus program!
You’ll be working with me, Chef Kerri (CIA Hyde Park). After working with my good friend, renowned Seattle chef Tom Douglas for a decade, I have returned to Anchorage, my home town, to build upon the early success of a great local restaurant, Hearth!

Line Cook: DOE
- minimum 2 years on the line in a quality, high volume kitchen: assembling salads, hot appetizers and desserts.

Pizza Cook/Pizzaiolo: DOE
- all of the above PLUS
- 1 year wood oven cooking experience
