Description:
The Client Coordinator I is part of an internal team of professionals with broad financial backgrounds focusing on the financial well-being of our clients. The Client Coordinator acts as a representative of TCI Wealth Advisors exemplary service ethic, providing the highest level of care to all TCI Wealth Advisor clients, guests, and team members. The position is the primary interface for client relationships and performs a wide range of customer service-related tasks. A Client Coordinator brings positive energy and passion to all client interactions, maximizing the client experience and ultimately empowering purpose-filled lives. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different groups and work styles.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client Coordinator I can expect to focus in the following areas:

Welcome visitors, offer beverages, etc. and help to ensure that all clients are made to feel welcome and that all visits are handled with utmost professionalism

Answer incoming calls, screen, and route to appropriate staff

Deliver superior client service—troubleshoot problems, schedule, and organize meetings; serve as liaison between the team and client as needed

Maintain the daily calendar and schedule of assigned team members

Work with third-party vendors as needed to keep office clean, operational, and running smoothly (e.g., water supplier, cleaning, UPS, etc.)

Expense and facilities management as needed

Proactive professional communication with clients, verbally and in writing

Order office supplies, refreshments and meals as needed

Distribute mail, handle incoming and outgoing special delivery packages

Ensure conference rooms and break rooms are cleaned and stocked in a timely manner

Perform clerical duties including inputting new client data into CRM

Assist with travel arrangements

Perform special projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES-
High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in providing superior client service, preferably within a financial services environment or similar professional setting

Experience with client-specific, proprietary, and confidential correspondence strongly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Demonstrate professional, ethical, and courteous conduct in responsibilities and dealings with clients, prospects, COIs, colleagues, and other business entities with which TCI Wealth Advisors has a relationship

Adhere to strict standard for confidentiality and discretion of all client information
