```Qualifications```
- Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of technology sales and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Technical or Industrial Automation products knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
