Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Provide behavior analysis services, including behavioral therapy and intervention strategies
- Implement behavior plans and monitor progress through data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management techniques
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
