We are interested in adding an Administrative Assistant to our team! You will be the first point of contact for the company, and you will provide administrate support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manager. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support the Sales Director and the Sales through a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them properly.
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Maintain security by following procedures (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badge)
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc
- Maintain safe and clean reception areas by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Carry out specific projects and research as needed
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
- Book travel and accommodations as needed.
- Develop creative guidelines and direct creative work.
- Answer and forward incoming calls
- Generate and create internal and external signs, banners filers.
- Coordinate and organize company events and special occasions
- Write, edit, and arrange production of newsletters, in house magazines, pamphlets and brochures.
- Responsible for communications and marketing in support of special events.
- Effectively support Sales, Purchasing, and Quality departments to efficiently coordinate the preparation of approved quotes
- Create ERC, Inc. formal documentation per Leadership team request.

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and CRM database.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in mathematical equations.
- Capable of exerting sound judgement, discretion and preserving confidentiality
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Two years experience in an administrative role (Preferred).
Starting pay for this position is $20+ per hour, depending upon experience
Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30AM - 5:00PM
