Driver/Shop Maintenance Coordinator
A successful Driver/Shop Maintenance Coordinator will oversee the performance, maintenance, and location of all production equipment, tools, vehicles, and additionally aid in the logistics and relocation of equipment and materials.
Responsibilities:
As part of the regular duties and tasks, a Driver/Shop Maintenance Coordinator is EXPECTED to perform some or all of the following:
- Must be able to safely operate a 1-ton truck and trailer as well as safely operate skid steers, excavator, and other construction equipment.
- Must be able to safely load and tie down equipment and materials in order to deliver them to the jobsite.
- Must be able to coordinate and schedule with Site Superintendents for equipment and material deliveries.
- Create/Institute Company Maintenance plan.
- Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on equipment.
- Thoroughly cleans equipment and parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
- Oils and lubricated moving parts on equipment to ensure effective performance.
- Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
- Orders and installs replacement parts.
- Identifies the cause of unexpected breakdowns.
- Repairs broken equipment quickly and efficiently.
- Prepairs reports documenting work performed weekly/Monthly, including costs.
- Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks and other wise maintains shop areas, yard, parts, tools, and supplies.

- Coordinates with team members to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
- Collaborates with team regarding new products being added.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Driver/Shop Maintenance Coordinator
Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking.
- Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service equipment.
- Must be able to visually inspect machines.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 1000 lbs.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
