The Regional Client Relations Manager will co-create the regions Les Extraordinaire strategy for each category, tailoring the approach by store. Primary functions include proposing results-oriented actions to achieve les extraordinaire objectives, playing a key role at in-store animations and being a team player in delivering overall business objectives.
This role will partner with the stores, Client Relations/Development teams, and top sellers to create innovative and impactful action plans to grow and develop our existing clients. As a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build relationships, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.
To be successful in this role you must possess extensive people management skills gained within a high profile luxury retail brand, world class customer service skills and the desire to continuously strive to meet business objectives and exceed our client's expectations. We are eager to speak to those that are fluent in best practices within client relations with direct clienteling and elevated selling environment experience.
