Part Time or Full Time Pediatric Physical Therapist

Part Time or Full Time pediatric therapist to provide services in our Brentwood location or in home services in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West LA, Culver City or Venice. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, and is looking to grow in the pediatric field.

Qualifications:
- A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- CALIFORNIA PT license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Pediatric Physical Therapist.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions with the flexibility to modify in the moment based on patient response.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with infants, children, adolescents, and their families to help them improve their physical abilities, maximize functional independence, and enhance overall quality of life.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of pediatric patients, primarily ages 0-3, to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and functional goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions with a play-based approach, while integrating caregivers for effective HEP carryover.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and appropriate referrals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress, track outcomes, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports accurately and timely.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
